This light, soft ice molds to any shape making it ideal for use in seafood displays, salad bars, healthcare, grocery stores, restaurants, and more. Ranging from undercounter options with built-in bins to back of house ice machines that provide up to 1800 lbs. of ice daily, our flaker machines are ideal for a large variety of operations.

Built-In Bins

Modular

Hoshizaki’s modular flaker ice machines are high-capacity, standalone ice makers designed for commercial use in food service, healthcare, and supermarkets. These machines produce soft, moldable flaked ice but require a separate ice bin for storage and distribution.
