CRES36-AnglePeachtree City, GA (February 12, 2016) – Hoshizaki America, Inc. announces the Commercial Series CRES36 – Refrigerated Equipment Stand. The 36” wide single section chef stand’s exterior and worktop are constructed of high quality stainless steel. The easy to clean worktop boasts 700 lbs. equipment capacity with a built-in high-temp heat shield. The CRES36 features a solid state digital controller and two (2) heavy-duty dynamic load rated drawers. Drawers accommodate one (1) 12″ x 20″ x 6″ deep pans, and one (1) 1/2 long, 6″ deep pans (sold separately). The compact design maximizes cold storage space, perfect for tight kitchens. The pan rails include finger cutouts to allow quick and easy pan extraction – essential in all high productivity kitchens.
