Reach-in cabinet shall have a gross storage capacity of _________cubic feet and measure ______" wide, _______" deep, and _____" high on 6" adjustable legs. Cabinet will have a stainless steel front, interior floor, and door inside & out, exterior sides and interior walls with coved corners. All cabinet walls shall be a minimum of 2 1/4" thick and insulated with a CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane. Cabinet doors shall be self-closing with an all-metal adjustable door hinge that stays open at 105 degrees. Standard features will include field reversible doors, keyed door locks, large recessed door handles, solid state temperature control and display, audible and visual temperature alarms, 3 epoxy coated wire shelves per section, 2 sets of complete perimeter anti-condensate heater wires, and ducted cold air distribution. Half doors measure 26.8" high X 21.75" wide X 2.5" thick. Refrigeration system shall be top mounted design using environmentally friendly refrigerant and controlled by a thermostatic expansion valve. Air-cooled condenser to have a washable air filter and oversized non-electric condensate drain pan. A two year parts and labor warranty is standard.
